Our Staff
We currently have a mixed team of:
- Engineers;
- Scientists;
- Support Staff, and
- Graduate Trainees.
Which means that the total number of staff generally numbers 8-10 depending on circumstances.
However the lead technical staff of the firm currently comprises:
Claire Richardson - BSc (Hons), MIOA, MAAS
Principal Consultant and Managing Director
Claire is an Environmental Scientist with eighteen years experience in the fields of air quality, acoustics and environmental management.
With post-graduate qualifications in Air Pollution Control and Acoustics and Noise Control, Claire offers a broad based skill set and specific expertise in the technical areas of air quality and acoustics.
Specific fields of interest include fugitive particulates, air quality and noise modelling and development of practicable mitigation solutions for both air and noise emissions.
With significant experience in the provision of expert witness services for Planning and Environment appeals in Queensland and New South Wales, Claire has broad experience in preparing evidence for both air quality and acoustical issues.
Craig Beyers - B.Env.Eng, MIEAust, RPEQ, MAAS
Associate - Queensland Operations Manager
Craig has over six years experience providing specialist consulting advice and project management in the fields of environmental management, air quality and acoustics.
With extensive experience in the prediction of air contaminant dispersion from a range of sources, Craig has managed a range of key air quality projects including assessments for the Cross City Tunnel in Sydney and Eastlink Motorway in Melbourne.
Craig routinely undertakes complex dispersion modelling studies incorporating a range of dispersion modelling techniques including Calpuff, Ausplume, TAPM, Caline4 and Computational Fluid Dynamics.
Broader experience includes noise monitoring, modelling and assessment, and monitoring air emissions in the ambient and occupational environments, and from stack emission sources.
Gary Hall - BSc (Hons) (Environmental Science)
Associate - New South Wales Operations Manager
Gary has ten years experience in Environmental Science as a project manager, environmental consultant and as a source-sampling specialist.
Gary has extensive experience with source monitoring in South Africa with a number of large industrial and mining companies. Examples of previous clients include Sasol, Shell, BP, BHP Billiton, Ford, Daimler Chrysler, Xstrata, Impala Platinum and Lonmin.
Gary manages the Sydney Office of Air Noise Environment Pty Ltd. Projects completed to date include ambient air quality monitoring, occupational air and noise assessments, source noise assessment and a range of stack sampling projects.
